Coolsculpting, a non-surgical fat reduction treatment has recently been cleared by the FDA as it can improve the appearance of lax tissue. Dr. Kassir specializes in non-surgical fat reduction treatments.  During the fat-freezing procedure, fat cells are targeted and destroyed by freezing temperatures.

This  procedure is extremely popular among people with double chins due to the fact that it is clinically proven to reduce fat up to 20 percent in the treated area after one treatment. An 18 week clinical study that focused on lax tissue in double chins resulted in an improved appearance in 77% of patients. Additionally, 75% of those patients had reported that their chins looked more firm. If you are someone who is interested in getting a more defined chin, it is important to discuss with a specialized physician prior to getting the procedure done. At Dr. Kassir’s office, our non-surgical body contouring procedures target fat cells and treat lax skin.
