Long summer days are over, and winter is upon us. Unlike seasonal changes which can be drastic, your skin regimen can be more consistent with Kassirderm products.

Use SPF daily to prevent wrinkles and stay healthy, especially  before engaging in any outdoor activities, including winter activities, such as skiing. UV rays are not only harmful in the summer because you are directly exposed to the sun, you are exposed to them daily, even if you spend most of your days indoors, hidden from the sunshine.   For daily use, I recommend a physical sunscreen with Titanium dioxides and Zinc oxides, such as Kassirderm Silk Emollient Protect, SPF 30.

In addition to protecting your skin with adequate SPF, it is important to arm your skin against weather conditions which can strip away glow. Along with drinking water and loading up on Omega 3s,  I recommend a physical moisturizer. Wind, cold weather, lack of humidity and indoor heat  all create the perfect storm for chapped, dry skin. To arm your skin against this winter’s storm, moisturize daily with Kassirderm Crystal Clear Moisturizer.

Remember that you can use the winter months to your advantage. Use this time out of the sun to rejuvenate your skin and prevent dryness and irritation with Kassirderm C-SILK GEL. This product contains  Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate which stimulates collagen production, as well as Vitamin E Acetate and Green Tea Extract which help reduce dryness and irritation.
