Ramtin Kassir, M.D., F.A.C.S.

A University of Texas at Austin graduate, Ramtin Kassir, M.D. went on to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Kassir finished his Post-Doctoral training with a Residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery from the University of Texas Medical Branch, then anda Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from the University of South Florida. Dr. Kassir is Triple board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngology, American Board of Sleep Medicine, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

In private practice since 1997, Dr. Kassir has extensive experience in the fields of facial plastic and cosmetic surgery, endoscopic surgery and laser surgery.

Dr. Martin Kassir

Dr. Martin Kassir is a Board-Certified Dermatologist specializing in aesthetic dermatology and laser procedures, and has practiced dermatology for the last sixteen years. An internationally recognized speaker and educator on aesthetic dermatology procedures, Dr. Kassir has lectured and conducted dermatology seminars on six continents and served as Course Instructor on Lasers and IPL, DermaFrac, Botox, Dysport, Fillers, Microneedling and Radiofrequency Devices.
Dermatologist, Dr. Martin Kassir received his M.D. degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX. He completed an Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Affiliated Hospitals (Parkland Hospital, Dallas VA Medical Center, Zale Lipshy University Hospital), as well as a Residency in Dermatology at Kansas University Medical Center.

Dr. Kassir is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Patricia Fernot, Director, Operating room

Patty has 20 years of experience in the operating room. Patty organizes and coordinates staffing, supplies and medications for all surgical procedures at Mona Lisa and NYC Park Ave surgical centers.

She has developed and patented a medical device and has her own company manufacturing, marketing and selling the device. She also consults for surgical center set up and accreditation.

She is a single mom with 3 kids and her interests are skiing, snowmobiling, boating and tennis-she also loves to cook. Her beauty secret is a glass of red wine and a good plastic surgeon.

Jamie Mohiti

Jamie is a certified nurse practitioner who obtained her master’s degree from The College of New Rochelle in NY.

She has been part of a multidisciplinary team providing high quality care to patients in the operating room at New York Park Ave. Surgery Center.

She also provides very specialized care to patients who have undergone different types of organ transplants, including Kidney, Pancreas, Liver and Small Bowel at Mount Sinai Hospital. Jamie has more than 8 years of experience in varied critical care areas including medical ICU, post –op surgical units.

She is married with 1 child and enjoys playing piano, snowboarding and traveling.

Margaret Karsky, Surgical and Cosmetic Coordinator

Margaret Karsky is a physician in training and surgical and cosmetic coordinator. A graduate of Medical school in Poland, she has been with our practice since 2008 and has eagerly taken on many roles, including patient care, and surgical coordinating. She assists patients with the surgery process from the first consultation to scheduling surgery and post-operative care; Margaret enjoys helping patients through every stage of their care to give them best possible experience.

Dr. Janine Miller

Dr. Janine Miller is a Board Certified Cosmetic and General Dermatologist, who specialty trained at Harvard Medical.  She is fellowship trained in lasers and her expertise covers noninvasive skin rejuvenation techniques, including but not limited to: injectable fillers and botox, chemical peels,
laser procedures, (including skin resurfacing and tightening, treatment of wrinkles and broken blood vessels, pigmented lesions, tattoos, and scars), mole and lesion removal, skin cancer screenings, and general skin care. Dr. Miller believes in a natural and healthy approach to beauty, one in
which no one will know that you had any "work done".

Jaime A. Bosland

Jaime A. Bosland is the cosmetic coordinator at Mona Lisa Cosmetic Surgery Center. Working on her BA in elementary education, over the years she has gained extensive knowledge of the treatments, procedures, and products offered at Mona Lisa Cosmetic Center. She takes great pride in making patients feel comfortable and confident, and assists in handling everything from initial consultation appointments to post-procedure recovery arrangements. Danielle Tosi, MD

Danielle Tosi, MD graduated from Georgetown University and Columbia University and is a member of  the American Board of Anesthesiology, The American Society of Anesthesiologists, The New York Society of Anesthesiologists, The Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia, and The Leading Physicians of the World.

In addition to her private practice of office-based anesthesia in Manhattan, Dr. Tosi is dedicated to humanitarian work with Non Governmental Organizations providing anesthesia for surgery,  and medical care,  saving and improving the lives of thousands of  infants and children in underdeveloped nations.

In her free time, Dr.Tosi is an avid environmentalist who enjoys playing polo.

Jennifer Havens

Jennifer has 8 years of experience in the operating room. She is operating room surgical technician at Mona Lisa and NYC Park Ave surgical center.

She enjoys doing yoga, running and snowboarding.
