I’m so sad to be writing this review but I’m very upset with my results. I have wasted 35,000 dollars and have not been listened to. I have also given him the chance to make it right and offer a discount because my nose looks nothing like what I asked for. I would also be willing to remove my review if he were to reach out and make it right. I originally gave him a five star review previously 11 months ago, and I have been featured multiple times on his instagram. To start I think his team is great and helpful! My issue is my nose it does not look like what I asked for and does not look like the imagining he posted on his instagram and the imaging I approved. I have expressed to him now for months. I am now 1 year and 2 months post op. At around the six month mark, I noticed my tip had dropped drastically and my nose had protruded out to which we immmedalty called and made an appointment. I had told him the first 3- 4 months post op , I absolutely loved my nose. My swelling went down super fast, but right around the end of the fourth month it started to drop very quickly, which is where I am today. He originally said it was Access swelling and he sence administer two rounds of steroid injections 6 weeks apart - no difference! On my second steroid shot appointment we started discussing a tipplasty which he thought would be best as I only wanted to move my tip 2 millimeters very little! He said it would be less invasive and a relatively fast healing surgery just moving my tip that had dropped! Which is all I wanted my issue is mainly with my tip. After that appointment he wanted me to come back in 6 weeks, at that appointment he changed his tune and said he would give a whole revision rhinoplasty this was at just over a year post op mark. I kept trying to express that my nose is not what I wanted and continued to feel gaslighted. I brought my imaging pictures with me and showed them to him, he claimed it was just a goal, but my nose looks nothing like my goal and isn’t a goal what your gunna achieve!?I also brought photos of my nose around 3 month mark vs my nose now to show him how much my tip dropped! My exact goal was a button nose with a lifted tip which I said multiple times pre opp and I had seen many posts of him giving patients button noses, so why he ignored me is beyond me. As shown below my nose does not look like a button nose! He has continued to gaslight me and I don’t think it’s fair for me to pay 20,000 more dollars for a revision rhinolasty( my exact price quote he gave me) for a nose I paid around (35,000) dollars for already and he messed up the shape. I have talked to multiple people around me and all of us agree my nose does not look like what I wanted. For 35,000 dollars paid in full, I feel like I should have gotten the nose I asked for, I was surprised when was not going to comp any of my revision rhinoplasty and I feel like I should get a good part of the revision rhinoplasty off as he did not listen to what I wanted. In addition I wouldn’t want a whole revision he would just be moving my tip 2milmeters, very little! I’m so sad writing this review and have wasted 35,000 dollars and still have to get a revision.
