Dr. Sheila Malek Kassir is a board certified plastic surgeon from Germany and an internationally recognized beauty expert on novel and trusted cosmetic procedures including the latest beauty trends and innovations from Europe. She first saw the gap between scientific advances in beauty and common beauty trends during her career as a German film and TV actress. With her personal experience in the industry she was uniquely positioned to provide novel cosmetic advances to her fellow co-stars and thespians. Dr. Malek Kassir then decided this information and the services of the latest beauty techniques should be more accessible and travelled the world searching for differences in beauty techniques and standards and latest plastic surgery techniques to bring to everyone. Other spots of her Plastic Surgery training around the world were Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Yale New Haven, Komfo Anokye teaching hospital in Kumasi Ghana, Queen Elisabeth Hospital in Bridgetown Barbados, multiple hospitals in Germany, Switzerland and Iran, and eventually she went back to the USA where she was trained by Dr. Ramtin Kassir. Her special interests are plastic and cosmetic surgery of the face and body. She strongly believes in combining all sources of Plastic Surgery and Nonsurgical treatments to deliver naturally beautiful results. She respects each person’s unique anatomy and wants to enhance each individual’s own beauty.

Dr. Tom Chen is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced training in both General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. A Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and Board Eligible for the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Chen combines meticulous surgical technique, academic excellence, and a commitment to achieving elegant, natural-looking results tailored to each individual patient.

Dr. Chen earned his medical degree with Distinction from the University of Glasgow School of Medicine, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious medical schools. He began his surgical career at the renowned Royal Free Hospital in London before relocating to the United States to complete residency training in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident in both programs. Dr. Chen trained at some of the nation’s leading institutions, including Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital (MEETH), where he had the privilege of training under internationally recognized leaders in aesthetic plastic surgery. He also trained at the renowned R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, gaining extensive experience in complex trauma and reconstructive surgery. Over the past two and a half years, Dr. Chen has worked closely alongside Dr. Kassir, further refining advanced techniques in facelift surgery, rhinoplasty, and facial rejuvenation within a high-volume aesthetic practice.

Beyond the operating room, Dr. Chen is an active academic plastic surgeon committed to advancing the field through research, education, and innovation. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters spanning both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. At Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Chen was part of the team that performed the world’s first omentocranial free flap for recurrent glioblastoma multiforme. This pioneering work, published in Neurosurgical Review, contributed to his recognition as a Doximity Top 10% Most Cited Clinician. Dr. Chen has also published on contemporary brow lift, facelift, and neck rejuvenation techniques in the Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, authored chapters in the authoritative textbook Expert Techniques in Aesthetic Surgery, and is an invited speaker at national and international scientific meetings, including the NYC Facelift and Rhinoplasty MasterCourse™, where he has lectured on advanced facial aesthetic surgery.
